Wireless presenter walmart savannah
NO BARBARA your rules are not clearly defined in your website or advertisements and certainly no mannerly behavior which is expected from an RV host. Any complaints or concerns are met with rudeness and defensiveness. I would venture to say than it hasn’t changed in anyway since first developed by the family in 1958. It is simply a wooden area with water, sewer and electric hook-ups.
Trust me, drive the few extra miles and have a pleasant time. This is an out-dated RV Park which over charges simply because they are closest to Savannah. I could list the deficits of this park, such as no outside lighting, NO WiFi except if your use is at the office when open (10 am - 5 pm and no Sundays), terrible cable reception, if any, without getting a Comcast box to attach to your tv, no picnic tables, no campfires permitted, no gardens, and especially NO Southern hospitality. It was very clear that she had mistakenly OVERBOOKED our site as a huge rig pulled in behind us before we moved.
There was no apology and we were told we would have to move the fourth night into a another lot which was clearly NOT designed for an RV and a convenient hook-up. Any interactions with her were difficult, nasty, rude and unpleasant.including at check in the next morning of her failure to realize that she had reserved our spot for THREE days instead of FOUR, when noted by my husband and our written confirmation. It was just a misunderstanding, but apparently not to Barbara. The next morning, my husband apologized for not informing her of our late arrival. No where in their website does it say to call if arriving after 5:00 pm. This was our first experience with her very RUDE and CONDESCENDING attitude and behavior. While being delayed, I received a confirmation call from Barbara at 4:50 pm. We knew the office closed at 5:00pm which is not unusual, as other RV places will make adaptions for late arrivals by posting info at the office. In January 2019, we booked our four night stay for the end of March 2019. We still have guest here who have stayed till today and again todays weather is sunny. So you wouldn't have been sitting as you said. Sunday and Mondays' weather was just beautiful. You had already been given the option of using your days later. You were the one who hung up in mid conversation. In you eye sight I was rude because I wouldn't give you a refund. Not a couple of days, but the day before. How would you feel if you made a reservation and when you arrived you didn’t have a place to stay? What good would it be to make a reservation with that kind of company? So to conclude, even though you are being spiteful, we are still willing to allow you to use your two nights. You expect a company to honor their word by guaranteeing your reservation but you don’t think you should honor your agreement. (Reread your reservation confirmation it spells out in detail the policy) You threatened that you would write a bad review if you didn’t get your way, which you have. At this late date, since you were past your cancellation deadline, we were being more then fair. You were offered to use your 2 days sometime later so you wouldn’t lose anything. You said you didn’t want to come Sunday, because it MIGHT rain.
